I have been with JM for several years now and the experience is wonderful. We had to submit a claim a while back for my husband's band and it was super simple, we go a response within a few days (we submitted on a Saturday). We were refunded quickly. I recommend JM to all of my friends because when saying "yes" or "I do" we forget to insure our jewelry. Moving forward any new jewelry I get will always be insured with Jewelers Mutual Group.

I called a few days later and spoke to a very helpful agent who clarified anything I needed to know and I placed the application at that time. It was approved in minutes. The coverage was exactly what I needed and the price was better than any. I got from other agencies.
