Losing any piece of valuable jewelry is something that no one ever wants to go through, thankfully Jewelers Mutual exists. They made the experience endurable and worked quickly to get my fiancee's ring replaced. Very happy so far with how smooth the process has been.

Very easy and efficient process. Handled claim well and completely replaced my broken bracelet that could not be repaired. I had no out of pocket expense. Will def keep my jewelry insured with this company and I highly recommend them!

Jewelers Mutual made jewelry repair easy. They recommended a local and reputable jeweler who got our ring repaired quickly. The jeweler said that working with Jewelers Mutual was great and they had already received payment by the time I picked up the ring.

All went well! Very easy and so nice that there is no deductible and no increase in premiums. I was so sad to have lost my original diamond that was there on the day I was proposed to and that was blessed on our wedding day, but it was very nice to have a full replacement

Jewelers Mutual is an exceptional company. Customer satisfaction was great. They helped us understand everything in initially insuring our juwerly, was very professional in going through each piece we wanted to insure. A claim we eventually had to go through was handled very professional to replace our lost item. Can't say enough of the service we have received date. Would highly recommend them for insuring your jewelry.

The replacement is the only option and it took months to get anywhere it was honestly a big hassle. It could’ve just took a week with other options available.
