Premium from Jewelers Mutual are similar to premiums charged by other prominent insurance companies. Applying for coverage was easy, thought email communication with Jewelers Mutal were confusing. And the websites documents saving sections for saving receipts and appraisals does not save the documents in a way that you can tell if the upload was successful, or so that documents uploaded could be viewed.

The entire claim experience was a nightmare. The claims adjuster made us feel like a criminals. This was a very traumatic event for my fiance to lose her diamond and this situation made it worse. We will never deal with an Internet based insurance company again!

I lost one of my diamonds from my ring. The claim process was incredibly easy. I had no out of pocket costs to get ring fixed with a new diamond. I get my ring inspected free of charge. On one occasion, jeweler found that one of my prongs was broken, which I was not aware of. They submitted the claim for me to jewelers mutual and the ring was repaired.

Complete scam. Claim filed 5 months ago with no resolution. Non-responsive staff. Incompetent staff. No communication. But harassment to keep paying your premium. Request for information that has been given to them multiple times. I’m out my premiums and obviously I’m not gonna get any claim from them. Stay away from them complete scam company I’m gonna try calling tomorrow again, but I don’t anticipate any help at all. I’ll say it again complete scam company stay away from them.
