Do not order as I placed an order beginning of December and it came up saying it was delivered which it hadn't and when I emailed about this I was basically getting fobbed off saying it was definitely delivered to my door bla bla bla and they soon changed their minds and blamed themselves for apparently putting wrong address on the package when I said that I have a CCTV. Got an email the company itself last month saying that my refund was still being processed and I've not heard nothing since and I've just tried to go on the website and it comes up saying the online shop is closed, surprise surprise
Hi i have got my refund from bank if you are facing this fraud contact your bank ask them you want dispute transaction they will sort it out and please don't order from this company they are fraud they never give you refund nd they never sent the order i ask for refund bcs i haven't got my order they replied every time but they don't refund it's been 6 month i was waiting but now i got my refund from bank if you have same issue please contact your bank tell them you want dispute transaction they will ask bit details of order nd they will return you money in your bank account within 2 days
Btygo is a scam and needs to be reported to trading standards by everyone
You will not recieve any goods but they will take your money
Contact your bank to get your money back. This can be done an must be done within 30-45days of your transaction
But please don't be stupid. Btygo does not exist. No goods will be delivered. Only your money and details will be stolen
I ordered a number of items on 12th December and paid the express delivery as it included a Christmas gift. I was given a tracking number which was updated regularly. Christmas Eve I recieved a package which matched the tracking number but was not what I ordered. I queried this and was told it was a free gift to check my address was correct. Since Christmas I have chased BYTGO regularly, initially for my order, and then for a refund. Neither has been forthcoming and my latest email has been rejected by them.
Do not buy from this company! Similar to all stories below. Ordered 4th dec 2022 and its now April 2023. No goods sent or received. around 100 emails sent.. the strange thing is that yhey actually reply.. however you dont get any where. infact one email says I'm not the only one with losses. another admits they did not send.. crazy I'll never see my money again
FRAUDSTERS Paid £26-33 6th Dec 2022 for coat and trainers for my wife after 20 E-mails never received goods and threatened to take out a COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT claim eventually got a full refund back into my account 14th March 2023 ?????????.It appears I was very fortunate to get all my money back.

OMG.. I usually always check here to see a company’s review. Didn’t do it when ordering from this company. Wish I had. Just like so many other people have been scammed out of money. “Why are they still able to trade”?. Ordered goods December 2022, company stated my goods had been delivered, told me to check I had given right delivery address and also check my neighbours. After many emails they said they would resend goods again. Of course same thing again, no goods arrived, stated goods had been delivered again. More emails to them. I asked for refund. They told me they could not give full refund as they had already lost a lot of money because they had sent me two deliveries. Which of course I didn’t get. I settled for an 80% refund. Still waiting on refund. Am sure I will never see it.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Ordered £59.70 of goods 6th December 2022, didnt get shipped, which they admitted. Eventually received a refund of 10% still owe me over £50. Numerous emails keep stating their policy. Dont think I'll ever receive my money. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this fraudulently 'company'.
Didn’t get leggings and paid £23 for them. Kept sending e-mails and was told they were arranging another shipping. Even their logo looks sketchy. Should have realised, beware, don’t order. Someone please investigate and shut down.

I ordered jacket and didn't received.
So many email I sent it. They answer on the way 3 months finished no delivery. But they said delivered to neighbours, but not.
No full refund. £30.75 I paid but refund £1.53.

This is a scam , they are not a real company, if you purchase fro this company you will not get your Good and your money back , don't seat back and let the get away with it report them to your bank's fraud department keep all your contactemails, scams like this should not continue to get away with stealing.3 months of emails back and forth, firstly them telling me that my parcel had been delivered by royal mail when they where on strike. Then they said it takes 7 to 10 days to get your refund. It was frustrating ,I had spoken to countless fake customer service people. Lele Claire even someone called Rice, blamed my bank for 69 days and 87 emails and counting still to refund .
ordered stuff from them November last year as a early Christmas shopping and heard nothing from them since manage to track the order and it was coming from China not from Ireland

I have sent them numerous emails to ask for refund after I have never received anything, they refunded me £6 instead of £37, then keep saying they did even a second refund and I have to wait, I've been waiting more than 3 months.

I put in an order due to arrive before Christmas 2022, nothing, 35 days ago I asked for a refund, they said it had arrived check the tracking, the tracking said it was for Covid tests. I am a Frontline worker who gets Covid tested for free why would I buy them? They told me to check my letter box, shoes and coats don't fit in a letter box. To date I only have had a refund of £6.61 when my order came to £44.11. They try every excuse under the sun to not refund you.
I faithfully ordered items on the 6th Dec 2022 waited 2wks got a message to say it was on its way. I emailed to say I would be moving out of the property on the 30th and could they tell me when it would be delivered. I was emailed by return to say they had put a rush on. I then got a message to say it has been delivered and given to the addressee, this was not possible as the house was empty, i checked the shed, bins and keter boxes to see if it was there no joy, asked my neighbours if they had taken it in for me again no joy. I emailed again to say that I didnt have the item only to be told that it shows on their end as delivered and given to addressee I said no as nobody is in the house at all. At this point there were 3 options open to me 1) new delivery to new address 2) Find out who stole the order or 3) Full refund. I chose to go for a full refund. I was told the refund had been requested and it would take around 15 days to process and complete and I would have my money back. Sadly and frustratingly no 2 months on I still dont have my refund, I have emailed 5 different people at this company only for them to say sorry for the delay a refund takes time. I can understand 15 days but 8wks and counting is disgusting in my view. DO NOT buy anything from this company it just causes you nothing but grief, anger and frustration.
Sorry about the 1 star but there wasn't a zero option. Order placed and paid for. Apparently delivered but never received. Contacted bank to initiate full refund. Its a shame that companies like this exist. Great offers on their website but don't get fooled as none of the items ordered have arrived. I hope they close down!
Package never arrived and they refused to refund. Kept offering 50% or 75%!! My experience is the same as many others. Absolutely con& scam. Reported to trading standards. avoid this company
