THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY - RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
YOU CAN CLAIM TOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU CALL YOUR BANK I HAVE NOW FOUND OUT THEY ARE REGISTERED SCAMMERS AND BANKS SHOULD GET THE TRANSACTION BACK FOR YOU. Not a real company. Selling really cheap clothes and shoes so I ordered spent about £36. It said on website delivery in about 1 week from Northern Ireland but after I received tracking number saw it was coming from China. I saw about 1 month after I ordered it had been delivered but no website could say which UK delivery company was used and I didn’t receive it. I asked them to confirm which uk delivery company used and they didn’t advise anything just said they’d send it again, when I asked for the new tracking number they said they’d give me it when they send it but I informed them of the issue 1 week ago and they haven’t given me a new tracking number so are lying. I think they may transport the items to UK as the tracking number was with a genuine China delivery company and shows on all tracking websites it arrived in uk and was delivered to a UK address but none say which delivery company, maybe it’s then sent straight from UK shipping to a warehouse in UK where they may sometimes despatch from probably from a expensive website and us ordering from the cheap website are paying for their shipping and whatever else. Shame as people ordering from them are not going to be rich and probably in need of their winter coat and boots! They’ve waited all of Xmas for.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Ordered on the 6th Dec and it turned up today and instead of what I ordered I got a tacky cheap ring. Emailed asking for my money back but not holding my breath. Scammers!! How dare people be so dishonest
Undelivered parcel
I ordered for £50 worth of items in Novembet, which most if items was Christmas and birthday gifts. I have been tracking my order. I have sent endless emails. I get responses from Lele and Amber. They keep telling me that my shipment isbin transit. When going to traking system it shows that my items was delivered. I queried this even send a screenshot of my tracking. They keep replying due to covid, expect delays, your parcel is in transit. This has been going on for almost 2 months now. Please can someone get back to me urgently regarding my order and where it is? PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST:!!! If had the choice they would have got no stars at all. I have ordered 10 items from this so called company on the 9/12/22 and I am still waiting for the items to be delivered. I emailed them explained what has happened and I was reassured it was on the way and to track it well bam it’s been delivered on the 30/12/22 and then it stated it was delivered on the 4/01/23 so yes I have been scammed out of £23.20 I was going to place a big order so I thought just wait first and see. Glad I didn’t.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a coat on the 8th December 2022. Had been tracking it.. Said it had arrived in the UK on 19th December and apparently had been delivered to mine on 3rd Jan. But ofcourse this product is nowhere to be seen. I emailed yesterday not expecting any response, had a nonsensical response today from "Jessica" who said maybe my address wasn't detailed enough or a different address to the payment information and to check with my local post office (we all know a legit delivery would always pop a post office card in the letterbox) or ask my neighbours!!! I'm not born yesterday. Please don't fall victim to this scamming company! *Updated 8th Feb 2023* can imagine my shock when I saw a £6.83 refund in my account today from this company* they didn't however refund the £15.99 delivery... But nonetheless.. Im surprised I received the cost of the product refunded!

Scam website - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a handful of clothes, and all I got in the post in a parcel - with their tracking number - was a tacky ring! It's taken me ages to work out where the ring was from. It was only from another person who was gotten by a similar scam that I put two and two together.

I placed an order before Christmas. The company gave delivery details - all false. And details of a carrier company that had no record of this order. So beware - I do not believe this is a genuine company. I have requested a full refund and informed my bank.

They are bunch of scammers scamming people of their money, ordered 2 coats on the 4th of December and yet to be delivered but tracking it says delivered on the 6th of January. The annoying part is the site looks promising but they are thieves.

What went wrong?? I fell right into this scammers trap.!! Ordered £48 of goods on 13th December and followed tracking at track654. Until 2 days ago it hadn't moved, then said it had been delivered....lies all bloody lies.!! I've been emailing, Ivy, Eve, Violet, Lele & Jane and all the other fake customer service call handlers for weeks. Each one says a refund has been raised and should be back in my account within 5 working days.!! Well that has come and gone. I told them i am reporting their fraudulent company to Trading standards now. Their new company name should be called 'Wescamu' as that's exactly what the thieving f*****s are doing. I have emailed them only for them to say the parcel has been delivered, basically washing thier hands of any responsibilty. Taking peoples money & not delivering the items, stay well clear!!!

Avoid at all cost
Ordered a ladies coat on 6 December. According to the tracking info item was delivered on 3rd of January which it wasn't. Send an email of complaint but it's clear I have been scammed.
