IT'S A SCAM! AVOID IT!
I placed an order for £46.60 on 18th December 2022, I didn't receive any e-mail confirmation so I searched their website and realised it doesn't have any contact telephone number and the "Chat Support" option is fake.
I e-mailed them asking to cancel the order and to send my money back, but they sent the next day a tracking number, which opened as a 17track.net link with a carrier website UBI coming from China.
I was expecting a big box as I ordered winter clothes/shoes, but a very small package was delivered by Evri, and the content was a cheap toy ring with some fake jewellery report/certificate.
I e-mailed them asking for an explanation and my money back but they keep sending confusing automated apologetic e-mails, clearly to delay any solution.
I spoke to my bank and they said if I don't get a refund by 20th January 2023, then I can place a dispute.
I also reported this issue with actionfraud.police.uk
So far it's been a horrible stressful and disappointing experience! Still waiting to see what happens...

I am afraid I fell for this too! I am normally very careful whom I order from, and looked at the website, and was convinced that it was a genuine on-line shop. On 5th December I ordered £50.00 worth of clothes, and still received nothing until the 3rd of January. And that was THE RING! I did feel a little stupid, then, when I saw it came from Shanghai. I have kept the bag and box it came from but I doubt it is a genuine address. I wrote many emails, and always received a reply, but all from different people. In one someone said that the ring was a little gift to thank me for the order, which was sent also to confirm my address (???) before sending the clothes. After the last e-mail received at 3.15am today, in which once again they confirmed the despatch of the goods with a tracking number (which is the same as the one for the ring...)I have written back and cancelled the order, warning for legal action should they not refund. I hold little hope. But I have also contacted my Bank, and they say they will put the transaction in dispute. I have had to block my card, which means I have to wait a week to get a replacement card. Which is only a small inconvenience. The whole experience will guide my future purchases on line!

I ordered on the 6th December emailed them about my order said they were very busy and would send out when done eventide I checked on tracking the number was not identified so I emailed them again got a response today to say it was delivered on the 3rd of January they did offer me my money back at the beginning but I thought I would give them chance .anyway peeps avoid this site and if you want a refund I would be careful as you have to submit your card details and the last 3 digits they then have access to your bank card horrible nasty scammers

Ordered on 11th December. Followed tracking detailed, which gave indication it was on its way so did not contact them, An extremely small parcel arrived on 29th December, which I was very surprised at as I ordered 2 coats, 3 jumpers, a bag and some leggings which cost me over £40.
Inside the small parcel was a cheap looking ring, worth about 2 pound if that.
Emailed them they replied saying they were sorry and will look into it.
They did not get back to me.
So rang my bank and they are looking into it.
I've come across this online shop just after Christmas and made the mistake of clicking on the ad saying about the big Christmas sale and items being reduced by up to 80%. The clothing items looked good and the price per item was less than £10. They said delivery around two to four days and that items are shipped from their warehouse in the UK. When I went to check regarding the delivery, they said that the items have been shipped from China. I emailed them two days after placing the order saying that I want to cancel the order and asking for a refund. They sent me an email to update me on the delivery. I emailed back asking to cancel the order and issue a refund. Nothing has happened since then. Please don't click on their ads and visit their online store. This is not a genuine shop, so please avoid it at all costs.
As many here ordered clothes without checking reviews, stupidly as I'm usually quire careful shopping online, I guess the xmas holiday bug deterred my judgement...and here we are on the 5th of Jan without anything despite tracking saying delivery will be today. A TOTAL SCAM
Please don't order anything from this site. It is a scam. I have ordered a lot if items a month ago. I haven't received the items yet. And i tried to contact them by email several times and i didn't get any replay.
Made an order in 9th December 2022, still haven't received on 6th January 2023, emailed several times jo response, tracking says delivered, but still haven't received, messaged to asked for a refund or details for contact or to chase this up but got no reply. Very unhappy with the service I am receiving, I will be reporting this website if my delivery doesn't show I will be taking this to trading standards

Yes I also buy a 20/12/2022 clothes 11 items on £42.29 now he sent me a cheap ring on 2nd January 2023 I have no contact only a mail I mailed 30 time bt no one is reply it a fake or scam please don't buy anything on this
I ordered three coats over a month ago they have not arrived company said that it's been signed for tracking shows it's stuck they have offered me a 80% refund but it's just not acceptable I have asked for a full refund as the coats have never arrived this company will not refund do not buy from them
Do not have anything to do with this website BTYGO is a scam. I placed an order on 8th December 2022 now on 5th January 2023 when I tried to track the order it says parcel was delivered on 28 December 2022 when nothing was delivered and I got no response to all of my enquiries.
I treated myself to some clothes on 3rd of December on 26th it said shipped iv emailed several times asking where my order is but no response then I get some ring a couple days ago in post with certificate it's a fake cheap ring definitely not what I ordered I'm single mum to 4 boys fleeing severe domestic violence and just wanted to treat myself and got scammed I wouldn't recommend I'd highly avoid
I order coats worth £40 on 20.12.2022 and I received a cheap ring on 04.01.2023 instead. After which I checked all these reviews. Please report this scammers.
