Bubblegum kept the travel insurance costs low, but its also with a bit lower coverage compared to some others. Customers need to be aware and is comfortable with whats covered. What I really like is that its kept simple and Covid 19 is covered as well.

generally a very pleasant experience except for that doubt that Scoot offloaded on me about the health insurance... but i now found out that that was to facilitate the Thailand Pass which was effective last year but no more needed... it's okay, not everyone knows everything! thank you!

X2 free servicing should be given maybe…

X2 free servicing should be given maybe earlier before the period of insurance at the authorize workshop. Maybe 1 month before the start date. This way its ensure that the car owner had regularly maintain it. It also give the peace of mind to the company. The 2 free name drivers if could add in together with the main buyer during the purchase, save alot more hassle rather than after purchase then fill up again separately.

Claim process was bumpy but the support team is good!

Took 7 weeks to assess that trip cancellations requires clients life to be at threat before a claim is entertained. The insurer expects travel to proceed even when the doctor recommends a surgery. It's a sham. ----- As an update , I wrote to the support team who appealed on my behalf and the claim is now being reconsidered. I am updating the review given the effort from the support team to remediate the bumpy experience.
