Good:
1. Prices are relatively cheaper than the rest.
2. Coverage some areas better. Like travel insurance, it does cover covid-19.
3. Customer service is good. Responsive and quick to settle the problems.
Bad:
1. I have a long name and my name in the policy gets jumbled up. 3 times I bought insurance under them all the outcome the same. Need to email them and trigger them to correct the policy. Perhaps you could upgrade and update your system?

With regards to the feedback on travel insurance pricing, for a similar 2-day trip to Batam, the premiums from two of our counterparts (who are well-known insurers) are at S$22.80 and S$15.60. Correspondingly, it would only cost S$14.93 at Bubblegum (inclusive of discounts as well).
This is one of the reasons why many customers chose Bubblegum: our insurance products and services offer great value for the price they pay.

scrolling back to my parents' age on the phone was *very* long. felt like in another situation, i would have just given up on this insurance and used another insurer. but the package outweighed the lehcheh-ness.
It was easy to apply from my handphone and make payment. The travel insurance certificate was received almost immediately in my email, However, I have yet to make claims so I cannot give 4 stars yet.
