great, friendly 'real person to person' customer service, quick responses, prompt delivery, free shipping ... one of my more pleasant shopping experiences in a long time!, especially in this techno world where no one 'talks' to anyone anymore! I even received a follow up phone call from a real person, to check in and make sure everything was satisfactory!
