Stay FAR AWAY from these guys

Stay FAR AWAY from these guys. At best, horrible customer service. At worst, crooks. I transferred $1,000 to fund my account twelve days ago. Funds left my account immediately. Twelve days later, they still have not been credited. Called customer support twice -- no answer. Emailed customer support three times, no response. I understand that they must be busy, but they should not treat customers this way. At this point I will be happy if I can get my money back and never deal with them again. There are other reputable dealers out there.... I suggest staying FAR AWAY from BullionStar.

NO Fraud, matters are settled.

Fraud: problem solved. They cancel the order but do not return the payment. There are a few customers with apparently the same experience. On Dec. 26 th 2025 I bought gold bars and wired the price immediately to the account of Bullionstar at Citybank indicated in the order confirmation. I had a cash position at Bullionstar after having sold a silver position. There was a note that it was crucial to enter the order number. But with the link on their website for wiring payment, there was no possibility to enter the order number. And in the email it was stated, if the order number was missing, it was possible to process the payment nevertheless. Then I had an endless discussion with the support who never read my answers and always asked the same question: Who was the beneficial owner? And I answered time and again: YOU, BULLIONSTAR. Then I got an email, that they had canceled the order, with a wrong price. And my account now shows a minus in the cashposition equivalent to the price of the original order. Now on Jan 16 th my gold order was canceled. They had offered me to top up my account and fill the order by paying double the price. Of course I did not agree with it. Today in my account overview the "pending payment" has vanished and so has my money. Ig. they have stolen half of my investments. If you are keen on loosing you assets, go there. I can prove all my statements with screeshots. I think my only option now is to report that case to the police. UPDATE: I had accused Bullionstar of fraud in my last email.Today on Jan. 21st 2026 I received an email, that they have booked my payment back to my account at Bullionstar and bought the equivalent amount of gold, as I originally had ordered. So the matter is settled and THERE WAS NO FRAUD. THIS IS A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. The delays and misunderstandings were most likely due to an extremely high demand.

Transaction Pending for one month

I have been a client of Bullion Star for several years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. About a month ago, I purchased silver and transferred the funds using the same account I always use. My bank has confirmed the payment was delivered, and I sent Bullion Star the transfer confirmation. Despite this, Bullion Star cannot confirm they received the money, and my transaction is still pending. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they only replied after a week, saying they needed more time to verify the payment. A month later, I still have no clarity on the status of my money or my order. This is unacceptable for any company, especially one handling large transactions. Is there a problem with supply?

Non spread

Some time ago, I purchased a one-kilogram silver bar sold as a “premium” product by the same seller. It was priced higher than similar bars from other brands, but the reason was a very low or near-zero spread (non spread) between the purchase price and the buyback price when selling back to them. When the price of silver later increased significantly and I decided to sell, the seller lowered the buyback price for this product. At the same time, the listed selling price was also lowered to maintain the appearance of a minimal spread, while the product was marked out of stock, so it could not actually be purchased at that price. As a result, I still made a profit because silver had risen, but the extra advantage paid for upfront was reduced. I’m sharing this experience simply to highlight that buyback prices and spreads for “premium” products are often policy-based and fully controlled by the seller, and may change over time. It’s something worth understanding carefully before choosing similar products.

Scammers BE CAREFULL

Scammers! Be careful! If you sell gold or silver online to BullionStar, they may receive your items and never pay you. I have not received my payment for a sell order since August. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, they have not provided any reason or update about my payment. After several attempts to contact them, two months later they suddenly asked me to resubmit my KYC documents, even though these had already been verified before the order was accepted. I sent all the documents again promptly, but they are still not paying and now completely ignore my messages and calls. This means they effectively kept my gold coins worth about USD 3,000. This shows very dishonest business practices. Be extremely cautious — if you buy or sell with BullionStar, there is no guarantee they will deliver your order or pay you. Their customer service keeps asking for the same documents repeatedly and then stops responding altogether. I strongly recommend avoiding any transactions with BullionStar. They operate in an untrustworthy manner.

Reliable dealer

Transaction is pretty straight forward although website information and interface sometimes can be tricky to learn. Customer support has been not responding queries via email, text, etc; this has been going on for a month in my case. I try to understand given the current situation but I am a bit disappointed as I regularly follow up via email and yet still no response

I have requested a shared account with…

I have requested a shared account with my fiance and its been more than a month than I did so. Got a mail from them that due to high gold volatility they have so much too do, and response time will be taking longer than normal. That is totally insane. When gold prices are volatile, that is when I need quick actions from the supplier. Update: They did in fact reach out to me and probably saw this was not good enough for a reputable gold shop. Since you actually took the time to listen to your customer and improve I will upgrade you to 4/5. Also, on a positive note if you transfer to the same currency your account are in, they move quickly. Thank you.
