When placing the order, echeck was the least expensive option (vs crypto or cc). There was no mention of a 6 business day hold on echeck orders (which is silly anyway, because the funds are verified). So basically, I paid $30k and have to wait over a week after payment until the product ships. If that's the policy, its OK I guess, but it should have been disclosed upfront.

Onlie order was easy. I have been buying from Apmex for many years and always been happy with the service i have only one issue with delivery. A 3500.00 order got lost and it took 4 or 5 weeks for my approval of the the claim. After many calls I told rep I would dispute the charge on my card in the next week She told me if I did they would block me and I would not have an accout with Apmex. After 2 or three days I recieved my refund. Service is great unless you have to deal with rude customer service that has no idea of what you are talking about.
