Premium over market is high but selection of products makes some choices worth higher cost.

Not expecting wild savings but the service is good.
Even when items are on sale the price is not as competitive with other bullion sellers with few exceptions. When you do find a deal a real deal it's because of using the ACH payment option. which takes time to clear. I thought the use of the "Bullion card" would benefit from pricing but the pints earned are what is charged extra for credit use. Maybe, maybe not having to wait for ACH to clear is a benefit offered by the card but not much else. NOW I will say I had a past order come short a gram of gold and they reviewed the video of the count and sent me what I was owed pretty quickly.

I like your company its my go to store…
I like your company its my go to store for my coins. I even bought the bullion credit card. Only complaint would be it seems like deals are brought with lots of strings attached. I got an email 5 percent back in rewards if i purchase anything by Friday so i did and it looks like 4%. Rewards points are not easily seen when making purchases and to redeem you have to jump threw lots of hoops. Also got a mailer said use code usa250 or something like that on ANY PURCHASE. SAID ANY purchase and get 25 dollars off next order. When putting code in said your items are not eligible. Well what does ANY mean. I like the company but just seems like lots of hoops and strings attached.

I actually received what I had ordered. Care was taken to make sure my order was secure and tamper proof. I was pleased with that effort. As usual the order came earlier than the estimated time of delivery. That's good.

Suggesting to wire funds is great advice - mailing large checks and waiting for over a week - too much stress. Also appreciate having enough time to get the funds sent - things come up - people get busy - 3days is just about perfect.
