I sold coins to them 3 times
I sold coins to them 3 times. The last time they "lost" a $4000 coin. It has taken weeks for them to even acknowledge the issue and they will not make it right. Fits with other reviews that are listed showing poor customer service and no regard for anyone's concern other than their own. They say in subsequent reply post today that they are sorry, yada yada, but I have contacted 2 more Reps today 8/3/26 and still they are unwilling to share video of receipt of items, their checkin policy and a reason why they show a different receipt date than Fedex does. They had a different person checked in this "lost coin" package and it shows flawed security and poor customer support as other similar posts have shown.
