We purchased the red light single infrared sauna. The results are amazing. I can tell how my body feels and it’s better and I know my skin has improved dramatically.
The product you will purchase as we did is first class top notch with a price that can’t be beat! Our red light sauna is used everyday and the results are amazing. The best part apparently is the owner involves himself in every purchase and the handholding from start to finish is supreme. Will definitely add more items with this company.

I overall had a pretty good experience with ordering my sauna from Burneek. I only had a few complaints one of which was shipping time i ordered back in the middle of February and it didn’t arrive till middle of June so a lot longer than I was expecting to wait. It was first delayed a month due to not being able to get a part for the sauna, then after it finally got shipped out to the distributor the package was damaged and had to be sent back. Which I understand that it’s not Burneek’s fault and I’m glad they didn’t send a damaged product, I just was not expecting to wait that long for the sauna to be delivered. Then the other problem I had was the insulation of the sauna. Every part came in perfect condition except the instructions were not great and Burneek had to send me an instructional video which still missed the steps of screwing the bench seat to the leg heater and back wall, but it was kind of implied when there were provided screws and pre drilled pilot holes for those screws in the bench seat so I figured it out. The other issue with insulation that I had was that the door would not go on correctly and attempt after attempt i figured out that the bottom lip of the door was sitting on the foot slats and not the bottom of the solid floor. So what I had to do was unscrew the 4 screws that held the foot slats in and move it back slightly, then rescrewed it back in which allowed more space for the door lip to sit and actually fall into place with there tounge and groove system that they use to hold everything together. Once that was figured out though everything worked perfectly and I have no complaints about how the unit runs! I could not give enough praise to the Burneek support system though! They helped with every step of the way and made sure everything kept in motion. They would respond politely and within 24 almost all of the time when in normal business hours. Before the unit was first shipped out I had ordered a 2 person sauna, as mentioned the shipping was taking too long and I no longer needed a 2 person just a 1 person. So I asked support system if they would be able to change it and they did that no problem and gave a full refund for the difference. They also gave a small refund for the long shipping time which was very appreciative. So overall the unit looks and works amazing for as long as I have had it now, and there is no shade on the product or the brand of Burneek it was just kind of the stuff surrounding it. I appreciate all the help they gave and if I every need a new or larger sauna in the future I would definitely purchase from Burneek again!

Just wanted to follow up with you again. I just received two cold plunge kits and still have not received my sauna cleaning kit.
As you know my cold plunge was broke when I received it back in March/April.
I have never received the cleaning kit that I paid for and has been waiting on my cold plunge replacement until today.
You mentioned send me some essential oils along with my cleaning kit (that I paid for) but today I received two cold plunge kits.
Thank you but I am shocked at how difficult this has been. As I mentioned I love the sauna but all I want is what I paid for and to be done with the back and forth.
Everyone has been kind and very attentive to any questions I had. Excellent communication and customer service. I recommend this company to anyone love my sauna I use it every other day.

Took nearly a month to ship. Was supposed to deliver already and now being told at least two more weeks. Good luck getting anyone to speak to let alone help. Perhaps is will arrive via horse and buggy? Find somewhere else to buy.

OH WHAT A SAUNA!
Valeria, a representative for Burneek was very helpful in responding to my questions and ensuring that I understood the product I purchased. Really enjoying this sauna. Quick and easy set up. Heats up in about 10 - 15 minutes. I like the design and especially like the steam pot that I can use for essential oils. Much better design than the previous steam sauna I used to own. I have only been able to reach temps of 115 degrees with 75% humidity. The advertising says this sauna reaches 140-150 degrees with nearly 100% humidity. Even at 115 degrees, along with the steam, this sauna is superior to my previous one from another company.
