Terrible, deceptive service. Generally scammy; will keep calling you back BEFORE you buy a ticket. Once you do they don’t care anymore. Got quoted a ticket, paid for it and then was issued a different class of ticket. They didn’t mention anything until I noticed it, and then proceeded to give me a fabrication about how it was the airline’s change due to a technical malfunction with the plane. A malfunction several days before the flight??? The worst.

The agent I spoke with, Ali Usman, was extremely courteous and helpful. He followed up promptly with information and copies of documents. He went out of his way to explain things to me that I did not immediately understand. The next time I need to buy business class tickets I will definitely contact him.
