Business-class.com didn't sound like a great ticketing agent (or business class consolidator) to me at first, I was interested only because on their great price that I could not get anywhere else... I checked everything before I made decision to book, such as ensuring it is not award ticket, available payment options, fare class, reviews... so and so... Idris (Freeman) helped me through the whole process, he was responding to my text/email like instantly every time, and presented me with tons of options and routes I asked for, all at an unbeatable price... so it is hard to resist this great support at such a great price... and decided to book international business class tickets for 5 through him... and got ticket right away after payment. Asking me what are the downside? you should know when booking through travel agent, the change fee and flexibility will be different from booking directly with airline... Overall after this first experience, they are the first trustworthy company that I can feel safe to spend 25k on my next trip again.
