This app is so well constructed, simple to use, incorporating an option to add money to savings, etc. is amazing. My child literally needs to do chores, asking what else can she do because she feels so grown up having her own personal debit card with her name on it.
As far as loading the account, and splitting designations, the app is great. As far as the investing, my daughter should have MULTIPLE dividend dispersments over the past year and a half (between multiple dividend yielding positions) but only has TWO. There is no way (that I've seen) to find any sort of account history. Feels pretty illegal......
I'm very sorry for any issues you've faced with the investing side of our app. I've asked my team to do a complete review of all investment accounts to ensure all dividends are being paid as they should. In your case, there were just two that were pending but have now been paid. You can see these in your activity feed for January 22.
