this just didn't cut it at all..
I love trying new things like this to learn new skills and try new hobbies, but this just didn't cut it at all.. The tutorials were plain as can be - there are better for free on Youtube that dive into way more detail.

We’re continuously working on expanding our content with more depth, variations, and advanced techniques, and insights like yours are incredibly valuable in shaping that direction. Thank you again for giving it a try, and we appreciate your openness in sharing your experience.
I love this platform. The customer service was responsive and answered my questions promptly. The content was informative and helpful. Briana modules provide a lot of insight and was not overwhelming. I wish they would provide a certificate at the end upon completion. ❤️

Your suggestion about certificates is a great one, we’ve shared it with our team as something we’d love to add in the future. Thanks again for learning with us and for being part of the Now You Know community!
The experience "forces" me to seriously look into different artistic mediums rather than just sit and wish I knew what to do with them. The courses are a good intro to each.

Thank you so much for sharing this! We love that the program helped you move from “someday” to actually exploring new artistic mediums, that’s exactly what it’s designed to do. The goal is to give you clear, approachable introductions so you can confidently try new things and discover what truly excites you. We’re so glad it’s been a positive experience for you 🎨
Great initially plenty of new things to try. After first month some options are similar to ones already completed and you quickly realise it's same classes so lost interest

I thought i was supposed to be sent items to do these projects with. Not just watch a video. I can go to you tube for that.
Im also very confused on what i actually purchased versus what im getting.

Answer the quiz and pay before seeing recommendations
Went through the whole skills quiz, entered email at the end, then before seeing any results or recommended skills, it asks you to pay. Shame, as I was interested in this, but won't be paying before I know what I'm signing up for

I'm being billed by this company…
I'm being billed by this company monthly and I never signed up with them. Theu do not have a phone# listed. Therefore, I can't speak with anyone, or cancel the subscription because I obviously don't have a log-in. What type of scam is this???
Reply from Now You Know2025-12-03
I’m truly sorry for the frustration — unexpected charges can be very upsetting. I want to reassure you that this isn’t a scam, and we’ll help you sort everything out quickly. Sometimes a subscription can be created using an email tied to a previous purchase, even if you don’t recall setting up a login.
Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your full name and the email address that may be associated with the charge. They’ll look into it right away.
We’re here to help and will make sure this gets resolved for you.
Herbal Medicine by Brianna C. was the kind of course that kept my attention and I was able to immediately gain access to my certificate upon competition. I look forward to other courses by this creator and others on this site!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that Brianna’s Herbal Medicine course kept you engaged and that accessing your certificate was quick and easy.
Thanks again for being part of our community 💚
It seem very fast paced. I read you were thinking of adding kits. I like that idea. It is hard to buy so many items for just 1 kit. Still getting used to the site. I was given 3 things that were part of the first week. Not sure how to change the next week because I believe my next item is not something I would like.
It also would be good if you could choose which ones you want to try instead of getting the suggestion.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback — it’s really helpful as we continue to improve the experience.
I completely understand how the pace can feel fast at first, and you’re not alone in wanting an easier way to get supplies. You can always pause or go back to your skills at your own pace.
Regarding your upcoming skills:
Once your Bootcamp wraps up, your weekly journey begins. From then on, you’ll receive a new skill every 7 days, tailored to your personal plan — and don’t worry, you’ll always have the option to change it if it’s not something you’re excited about!
The opportunity to chose from several crafts, some you know absolutely nothing about and others you may have a little knowledge about or even some you have already mastered and become great or greater at all of them. It reminds you to dream again and begin to be creative and start something anew. It's wonderful.

Thank you so much for your beautiful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the variety of crafts inspires you — whether you’re trying something completely new, building on skills you already have, or mastering what you love most.
It’s wonderful to know the program helps you reconnect with creativity, dream a little bigger, and start fresh projects with excitement. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience! 🌟
