Misleading fee structure
Misleading fee structure. Claims they charge a lifetime fee but that fee is to be able to revisit the classes you’ve chosen not to be able to access the site. Quarterly fees will continue to be charged. Too expensive when you can learn from YouTube and Google for free. Customer service is abysmal when trying to cancel or remove charges. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau for shady fee structure.

To clarify, the lifetime access option is a one-time upgrade that gives you permanent access to all the skills you’ve already claimed, even after your subscription ends. The quarterly fee applies only to the ongoing subscription, which provides new weekly skills and continuous updates as long as it’s active.

This was a great course, I learned a lot and had a ton of fun while doing it. It’s been a great kickstart into candle making. I will, however, note that not all of the downloadables Tai would mention were all available, or provided all the info she said would have been in them. Unfortunately I don’t have specifics to recall right now but if you were to watch the videos and line them up with the downloadables, you will find what I mean. Other than that minor thing, this was a great course and I would love the opportunity to learn more styles and designs for candle making!

It was fun to learn new water color techniques and be able to practice them. The instructor was very encouraging and explained things well. It would be helpful to know if the paint should dry or not between steps. I'm not positive it was better than tutorials that one could get for free on Youtube, but it was fun and it made me stop scrolling mindlessly on my phone.

I love the idea of learning a new skill everyday! I already possess the talent of baking and decorating, so I started my first skill watching Lee'at and Georgia's cupcake class. I've just finished the first segment of their lesson and it was a helpful lesson. They spoken on alot of helpful tips, different types of equipment that can be substituted if lacking. I'm excited to see where learning a new skill a day takes me!
