Just celebrated my first full year with Winona. I was prescribed the cream and it helped immensely with night sweats and daytime hot flashes until a couple months ago when it all came back. I immediately contacted my assigned Doc. She’s been so attentive throughout the year. We discussed the return of symptoms. She recommended increasing cream pumps from 2 to 3 and transitioning to the Estrogen and Progesterone pills. The 3 pumps did not make much difference but 4 worked like a charm. My new Rx just shipped so I’m looking forward to seeing how the pills work. In any event, Winona and Dr. Torres have been fantastic.

Life changing experience
Trying to find the perfect words to express how grateful and thankful I am that God has blessed Winona’s staff with wisdom to help change my life, will be tough! An answer to my prayers, I am able to sleep well, night sweats are gone, and intimacy with my husband is back! My moods are under control, and my hips don’t hurt anymore! Life-Changing!! Shoulda done it 10yrs ago!
I suggest every woman who is in their mid- late thirties to check out the site. Take the quiz. I almost lost everything in my life because I couldn’t see how miserable I was. As women we get used to just dealing with pain and uncomfortability. Within the first two days, I slept seven hours straight. I was only sleeping 2 to 3 hours a night. Within the first week, my anger mood swings, and poor patience with everybody was gone, three weeks no more hot flashes!! that alone is worth all the money in the world. We are still making adjustments and I’ve just come to terms with the fact that I cry a lot more.😆 the doctors are amazing and I’m always answered back in less than 24 hours. I wish I would’ve known about this 10 years ago. I’m 49 now and wish I wouldn’t have been so miserable the last 10 years. I tell so many women about it and they think that they don’t need hormones or they’re not old enough for it yet… you’re old enough for it girl!! do it. It will make everyone in your life happier and make you 1 million times happier!!

Life changing! The company has been great, answering any questions I had. But the meds (Estrogen body cream w/progesterone) really have worked for me. No more insane hot flashes, night sweats and I'm actually sleeping through the night. Worth a try if you have any of the same symptoms that I had. They took about a month to start working and I couldn't be happier.

I really wasn’t sure what to expect, if anything, signing up for hormone help online?! But I am blown away with the changes I’ve seen in myself! I’m on month 3 & I’ve gotten back to being better than I was before my hysterectomy!
