Difficult to delete account. To get my account deleted, I had to write to them by email. And their response was very verbose and confusing. Edit: 8/10/2023. This process is taking a very long time.

I don't know how I did anything before CamScanner. I use the free version and somehow manage to get everything done for free. Typically, I make photos of documents that look like real photocopies. Even photo of IMG to DOC can be done if you watch an advertisement first (to 'pay your dues'); a great time saver.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES NO RESPONSE I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED ONE TIME FOR THE YEAR. THEY CHARGE ME CONTINUALLY

Says free for 3 days but immediately took a full years payment!!! I only wanted to try it out and now am nearly £40 out of pocket. Fuming! Going to have to raise a payment dispute with my bank against the company who only have an email for contact.
Forever needing to pay even licenses which are "for life"
Love the app, it's super useful. However I bought the license for life in my very old iphone. The app was updated and then what happens to this "license for life"? I just have to pay again?! It's just a way to get further into our pockets?! If it's for life, I should be able to install it in my new phone!
