Great company. They always have a coupon code to use. They give you points on your order to use for money off future transactions. Website is easy to navigate through. Prices are fair. Shipping is decent. They offer tracking. Look for your tracking number in your recent orders if you're not provided with one. Click on tracking number. Give it two weeks to receive the item if you're in the USA.

I did call them one day about an email I got from usps about my package and they cleared it right up for me and said if I had any other questions to feel free to reach back out. Placed 3 orders with Canadapetcare so far and each of them have gone great. Orders take a little while to get to you, so be sure to give yourself enough time. They always have some sort of coupon code to use which is amazing and buying the items from here is so much cheaper than having to go through the vet.
I always order my pups flea and tick medication from here as it’s such a great price. Shipping usually arrives within 7-10 business days and I always choose the option with no tracking and I have never had any issues. Highly recommend.

I ordered my bravecto for cats and dogs. I chose not to have tracking. It arrived in the 7-10 day time frame as it states on website. Packaged well! Price excellent. I will continue to order as previous orders have all came excellently.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but I still haven’t received the product. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions. Despite the delays, they had no issue withdrawing the payment from my account promptly. I even paid extra for tracking information, which I only received after contacting customer service myself. Extremely disappointing experience. Update 12.19.24 Rec'd product - keeping fingers crossed that it works. Still disappointed with Candapetcare but am up dating rev for full disclosure.
