I have even buying from them for almost a year, and I've never had one issue. I did call them one day about an email I got from usps about my package and they cleared it right up for me and said if I had any other questions to feel free to reach back out. A++++ customer service and the products have been amazing I've been getting for my beloved fur babies. Thank you so muchhh!!
