I am very disappointed with your return…
I am very disappointed with your return policy. I purchased this car cover for a lot more than I could get from other company but when it arrived, I realized it is far too heavy and impractical for me to use. It is not suitable for my needs. The two options you offered are unacceptable: either keep an item I cannot use for only a 30% refund, or pay $69 out of my own pocket to return it for a full refund. That means I would lose a significant amount of money simply because the product was not right for me. Most reputable companies, including Amazon, make returns straightforward and customer-friendly. I feel this policy is unfair and places the entire burden on the customer. I respectfully request that you provide a prepaid return shipping label so I can return the unused item and receive a full refund. I hope you will reconsider and resolve this matter fairly. Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Company sent cover to FedEx without proper documentation to clear customs. Upon contacting the company a lady informed me she would call Fedex, but did not.Order was placed on July 8 cover still at FedEx.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. For people like myself who order multiple covers, it would be nice for them to be labeled (vehicle) on the outside of the box. The vacuum sealed packages inside the box are identical. Update, the covers are excellent quality and the fit is perfect. Will definitely use them again.
