I made a purchase but haven't received a confirmation email. I was automatically registered on the site, but I don't have a login password, so I can't access my account to check my order status. I've been trying to contact you for three days—including via WhatsApp—but haven't received any response.

purchased a OBD scanner was not fit for purpose. i paid for the return and they also changed me for the postage meaning i was charged twice. the customer support were slow and unhelpful and then ignored my messages. don’t bother purchasing

Hello, you bought the item LAUNCH Creader Elite 2.0 FGC for Ford/ GM/ Buick/ Cadillac/ Chevrolet/ Chrysler/ Dodge/ Jeep, but you want to do Fiat, and I told you it can't support Fiat and also can't support purchasing the Fiat software, then you want to return, and I agree. Since it is not quality problem, it is you that bought the wrong item, so i said we need reduce the shipping fee from the refund, and you didn't disagree. After I made the refund to you, you said you need full refund. Why you didn't disagree before sent it back? About you said the twice postage, it is not us charged them, we got no payment, about the first postage, we paid to the carrier, and the second shipping fee you returned the package back, you paid to the carrier, not paid to us.

When have problem with tool, never reply on messages, never will help u! Support is bad when have problems with tools what they solded, but when u want purchase something they reply very fast, when need help, nevar reply and help! Bad service , bad company! AVOID!

Chinese based thieves and scammers. Took large payment from me and then sent Whatsapp asking for copies of my ID and Credit Card - I refused, cancelled order but no refund received. Reported to Police and Chinese Embassy (very helpful).

Hello, since you don't paid with paypal, but credit card, we need you to provide the picture of the card for us to confirm the payment is made by the credit card's owner, and I said you can cover some numbers, but you refused and we cancel the order and refund to you, and I said it usually takes 2-3 working days for the refund to reach to your card

If i could give zero i would, ordered a eeprom adaptor and chips, on their tracking it showed as delivered but royal mail in uk said tracking is fake and wrong format to track, lost £84 as paypal only used their tracking and refused the claim even though royal mail could not even verify or trace the multi stages of tracking that china tracking claimed. Useless comms as well, my advice is stay away from this drop shipper if you value your money.
Ordered a DoIP MB SD Connect
Ordered a DoIP MB SD Connect from cardiagtooluk. Everything was delivered correctly but I couldn't work with it. After contacting cardiagtooluk, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong version, the conversation was handled via WhatsApp and cardiagtooluk exchanged the correct version for me without any problems, very quickly and easily. A big thank you for the help, for the simple, unbureaucratic help. One more reason to shop with you. best regards
Beware Honda software
Cardiagtool.co.uk Disappointed. This is a China based operation with no presence in the uk. Helpful email responses pre – purchase, April 2023. Ordered a Honda HDS HIM interface device with software on DVD - V3.104.024. Arrived in uk from China in 11 days. The unit is a copy of the Teradyne(US) HIM. The software disc files would not extract/decompress as most are password protected. Cardiagtool.co.uk were unable to provide password(s), or supply that version of HDS. They could only identify a MegaCloud download for an older version of HDS – (3.102.008) Cardiagtool.co.uk thereafter did not respond to request for a part refund for the defective software (£12).
