I found staff to be friendly and helpful.They were always available via e-mail or phone to deal with my queries. I was worried about going abroad alone for my dental assessment but a car was waiting at the airport to take me to my accommodation. This was very centrally located and a few hundred metres from the clinic. It was a very good experience overall and even though nobody enjoys dental procedures I. look forward to going back for my treatment
Attentive service to obtain quotation, although it took longer than anticipated. Unfortunately cost is not viable compared to other quotations received, so will not be proceeding with Caremondo.

This was the first time i deal with the company and it was such a great experience...first; i contacted the company regarding my brother and asked them to help me to find a well repudiated hospital to diagnose him since we don't really know what was wrong with him and his condition was getting worse everyday, i got a quick response from the company and they recommended me to go to Charite Teaching Hospital in Berlin since its one of the best hospitals in Germany, afterwords they made the whole process really easy regarding the appointment, paying fees, providing a translator (since my brother doesn't speak English), an option for transportation from the airport and during our stay in Berlin and they helped my brother to get his visa. after arriving Berlin we found everything just as they promised, everything was top notch, the hospital they recommended was great and they were very professionals. my medical communicator was Dr. Amith Kumar , a great communicator, he responded quickly to any concern i had during the whole process, took care of all the details and stayed on contact with me all the way till my brother went back home. when you are worry about your or your family's health you need to deal with professionals who deliver what they promise and respond quickly to you and those guys did that for us and so i am very grateful for them

Contacting the Caremondo Patient Care Team was the best decision for my specific question with regards to finding the right health therapy. In particular, the outstanding service - in terms of the professionalism and friendliness of the Patient Care Consultant - made us feel we were in the right hands. She was well informed about the specific issues we faced and asked for our patient records and explained the next steps of the process. After having sent all required documents to Caremondo, within 12 hours, the consultant sent us a response for the further steps of the process and a feedback of fitting hospitals for our needs. She explained everything transparently, detailed the further steps, and contacted hospitals about treatment possibilities. Within a couple of days, first therapy suggestions were sent by the hospitals via Caremondo with appropriate recommendations for the next steps to be taken. Even if the hospital could not provide a suitable therapy, they responded and suggested possible alternative hospitals and doctors. This way, we gained a very quick and deep overview for our therapy and hospital options. After the great assistance by Caremondo, we found the right hospital and doctor for us to proceed with and got organization support during the whole process.
