All the products I've ordered have worked great. Had to contact customer service because one item was missing an accessory They had in the mail the next day. I also ordered the wrong item on the next order from them and they made it as easy as possible. Even gave me a discount if i wanted to just add the other part. Completely my fault for not calling a confirming first but they still helped me out. Ive ordered at least 5 products from them and plan to order more.

I searched in many places for a replacement cable for my rotary roller, and Carverall offered to sell me the cable separately. Their customer service team responds quickly and helpfully to my questions and is also checking compatibility. So far, I’m happy with the communication.

Lasernarrived with the gantry motor cable connectoe damaged, but I got it connected and its working. Files on the MicroSD card werencorrupt, but Support sent me a link to download the files. I'm using it with LaserGRBL right now, but will be trying itnwith CutLabX. Two thumbs up so far!

OK full honest review..had a couple issues which is frustrating but it can happen. Carverall had me go through some troubleshooting steps and send them a video then they sent out the replacement part. Took a bit but overall very happy.

I got the carverall k15pro 7w laser and when I had realized I didn’t have the laser head I needed to do what I wanted to do I contacted Linsen on WhatsApp and they helped me figure out the right settings and even offered me an exclusive discount for when I can order the 12w laser head module. After spending a lot of time researching different laser engravers and comparing various brands, I finally decided to purchase the Carverall A1 Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! What convinced me was the built-in camera and the possibility of upgrading the machine in the future by switching to an IR laser module. Although the engraving area is relatively small, I think it’s an excellent compromise for someone just getting started with laser engraving. Shipping was incredibly fast! I was genuinely surprised to receive my order in less than a week. As a complete beginner, I found the initial setup a little challenging, but thankfully, Rick from customer service was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available on WhatsApp to guide me through the process. Thanks to his support, I managed to get everything up and running perfectly! Review of Carverall X1 Pro with shield and the companies help with problems
I purchased the Carverall X1 Pro with cover as well as the Honey Comb bed.MD 2 Purifier, 1 watt infra red laser module, MD 18 Multi-function Rotary Chuck and the MD 19 Bi-axial Rotary Tool. These were delivered in a good time frame. I have used the product and am still learning how to use the software and various aspects of the machine and its modules. I am excited and impressed with the potential uses of this laser. After a while the Air assist Pump began to over heat to a dangerous level. I contacted the company and after a period to investigate the problem, it was decided to send me a replacement unit at no cost to me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of this situation. I would like to say that this company responds well to problems and this approach engenders faith in their products
