Update!!! Still waiting on my redemption to be processed! Been weeks now with little to no communication. If I actually get my money I'll gladly change this back to 5 stars but as of right now they have done themselves zero favors

Waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for redemption

They have cashed me out before. But now I have been waiting on a redemption for 3 weeks. They made me reverify and resubmit my redeem. So it looks like only 2 weeks almost out but it’s been since like 7/30/26 and today is 8/20/26. Still haven’t received anything and when I message the chat I get a generic response.

Months ago I won 200sc and began the…

Months ago I won 200sc and began the redemption process when I was locked out of my account and every time I tried to reset my password I received an invalid link message. Finally ,they got the link issue fixed and I was told to log in with my new email as I had lost access to my original email. When I did that they then said I violated the multiple user agreement. It wasn't my issue that caused the sudden lock out. It wasn't my decision that created the new account and it's simply them avoiding a redemption. I can and will prove it in court . It's not the redemption winnings, it's the principal of the matter.

Money Held Hostage

Tried redeeming, they cancelled my redeem and proceeded to put me into an endless loop of verification even though I submitted my bank statement, credit card statement, and a picture of my card, EXACTLY how they asked, they just kept denying me verification, literally ensuring I would never get my money. How this company is rated 4.0 is beyond my understanding. Must have bought bot reviews.

Hell On Earth WORST SC CASINO SITE EVER

Living Hell I'm In what it seems to be a never ending battle with Cashoomo . when it comes to with drawling .8 spent around 1k on this site and waiting to cash out after going thru hoops currently with verification . I wish I looked at reviews before partaking in play in this casino site . I read that they pay but limit your amount of money that they give you tactics hoping you return the money/lose and they also shut down your account . I'll keep yall post about my story with them ..... sincerely Michael H. UPDATE : AFTER SENDING A LETTER TO EXPOSE THEM IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE MY ACCOUNT WAS SWIFTLY SHUT DOWN . I DID MY CALCULATIONS I SPEND $639.92 ON VARIOUS OF PACKAGES AND HAD A BALANCE OF OVER 10K TO REDEEM . IM NOW WORKING ON GETTING REFUNDED MY MONEY SPENT.
