Here’s The deal. I started playing on this platform about one week ago. I am very disappointed and concerned at this point. Over the last four or five days I have won over 4000.00 legitimately. Because of their 200.00 daily redemption limit I have been unable to redeem my money. Not even the first 200.00 that I submitted to redeem. It has been sitting in the queue for five days now. I can’t submit a 2nd redemption because the only way to do that is to cancel out the one sitting in the queue for review and start the process all over again. What a joke. Please somebody tell me if this site is even legit. I’m so frustrated at this point trying to communicate with customer service. They have been no help at all. I’m about ready to file a complaint against them with the gaming commission if they don’t get it together and allow me to redeem my now over 4000.00 in winnings. Anyone have any advice on the best way to handle this?? Would love any suggestions. Thanks and be careful on this site. What a scam.

I just wanna know why I redeemed my winnings on the 23rd OF JULY and have yet to get any kind of an approval or processed redemption. The first week I figured okay maybe it’s just a busy week. But no it has been almost a month and I haven’t received ANYTHING! I’m pissed off and upset and every time I contact your so called “ team “ I keep hearing the same thing, “ oh don’t worry everything is in order and looks to be going the way it’s supposed too “. Yeah, no! I want my winnings and that’s that. There shouldn’t be any delays or anything once you guys read this, this is a disgrace of an experience. And let me also point out that’s it’s only 200SC. I enjoy cashoomo but I'm on my second time redeeming 100 and they wont pay me my redemption it's been over a week now we are getting back into the weekend which weekends don't count as redeem days so I will be going on 2 weeks waiting for my redemption this isn't Kool that they take so long to pay out redemptions we are there players they should be making us happy as players and also they keep telling me the same bullshit and not answering my question of when I will get my redemption I really like this platform they got a ton of good games but it feels like they don't want to give there players what is ours hopefully they will fix the redemption process and make it faster because I'm still waiting for mine I will update to let you all know how long it actually took for them to give me my redemption
