CaveGamers was formed in 2010 with the main focus of repairing Xbox 360s. The infamous Red Ring of Death was a massive issue with these systems, so there was never a shortage of units to repair. Over the years, we evolved from doing repairs and expanded our product selection to a wide variety of video games, systems, and toys. We take pride in the unique nature of the products we carry, the quality of our refurbishment, and the care we show our customers. We hope you find what you are looking for and have a great CaveGamers shopping experience. It has been an honor to have served over 500,000 satisfied customers!

My package arrived very quickly and securely! I was anxious as I intend to use the contents as gifts, but everything went incredibly smoothly. CaveGamers were very communicative at every step, which helped me feel better about my order.
Everything from finding item, buying to receiving was a breeze. Had 0 issues and would buy from them again. Product arrived without any issues or damage.
Excellent experience picking up a copy of Pokemon Blue for Gameboy— the game works perfectly & is a genuine cartridge. Will definitely be picking up more retro games in the future!
When I made my first purchase with Cave Gamers for my little brother's birthday present, my card got flagged for potential fraud. The original email got sent to my spam folder, and I wouldn't have even seen it if Andrew from Cave Gamers didn't reach out to double check.
He was very patient while I tried to find solutions and make sure they knew I was the one making the purchase.
Once delivered, the actual products were in very good condition, basically like new. No issues with the screens, and for the games, no issues with the dialogue, no bugs or anything. The quality is exactly as they say it is, and my brother was also very happy with his birthday present.
After leaving a five star review prematurely I have to change it to a Three star due to the on/off power button quit working and wouldn’t power on or off, but using the controller to power on works perfectly, as this was what they said and offered me $20.00 for my inconvenience or offered a swap out but I opted for the 20 bucks. I replaced the power switch and ribbon cable and it does the same thing as before, won’t turn on/off and even holding down the power button doesn’t do anything. Not sure what’s going on with the console, I can play games, watch both blu ray and regular dvds as long as I power on the console with the controller. Im just afraid something else is going to go wrong. After opening the console up just enough to get to the power switch, I noticed how dirty the inside was, the lid was covered in dust as was around the disc drive along with the fan had a lot of dust on the fan blades, not sure why they say “cleaned and tested”. Since I opened up the console Im assuming the warranty is voided. With shipping and taxes I paid just over $200.00 and ended up with a non completely 100% console.

I'm very sorry you've had this issue. We had offered a replacement, which was declined at the time, and warned that we may not be able to accept a replacement if repairs were attempted. We do not open systems unless repairs are needed so we apologize that interior was dirty, and we can make an exception and accept a return or set up a replacement if you'd like.
It was easy to place the order online through their website. I don’t remember how long it took for the item to arrive, but it wasn’t long, maybe a week. It was it good condition as well.they also provided updates on the status of the shipping progress.
