When I made my first purchase with Cave Gamers for my little brother's birthday present, my card got flagged for potential fraud. The original email got sent to my spam folder, and I wouldn't have even seen it if Andrew from Cave Gamers didn't reach out to double check. He was very patient while I tried to find solutions and make sure they knew I was the one making the purchase. Once delivered, the actual products were in very good condition, basically like new.
