What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Loyal patrons frequently mention that the natural products work effectively for daily pain relief, muscle recovery, and helping individuals sleep much better throughout the night. Shoppers consistently appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and find the official online store very convenient and simple to navigate when placing their regular purchases. However, some customers also noted unexpected subscription charges or encountered annoying difficulties during the online checkout process. A few other people also felt that certain vape items had a very unpleasant artificial taste or completely failed to function properly upon arrival.

My 1st order was requested for sleep
My 1st order was requested for sleep. l got some Mixed Berry stuff that said nothing about sleep. And did not do anything for my sleep. Very surprised to find you have all these sleep products and sent me something else.
Reply from CBDfx2026-08-07
Douglas, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're really sorry to hear that the product you received didn't quite meet your expectations for sleep support, and we apologize for the mix-up with your initial order. After reviewing your order, it appears that the original mixed berry gummies were selected, which are not specifically designed for sleep. If you'd like to exchange them for a different product, we'd be more than happy to assist you with an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at (888) 991-7471, email us at [email protected], or connect with us via live chat.
