customer service non responsive when I had issues trying to register product. Can't imagine what would happen if I had to file a claim. Returned our phones to Verizon. Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.

I purchased the 6 foot cable with lightening adapter (for use with apple play in a Subaru crosstrek) from our wireless provider. When it failed, the point of purchase wouldn’t help me but referred me to the warranty replacement program through cell helmet.
I was able to replace the $30 cable for just $10. Cellhelmet customer service was helpful.

What made my experience great was customer service Aaron put together a 35% discount at Checkout for me as a return customer. I ordered replacement liquid glass and a Turquoise hard cover for my Samsung 20S Note Ultra. shipping to UBreakIFix at 501 Westport Ave, Norwalk CT 06851. I need an appointment for either Monday 2/27 or Tuesday 2/28.
