The app is easy to install and use
The app is easy to install and use. The app dashboard has all the needed information. It’s nice to get updates about using the eSIM beforehand so you are aware and prepared. Reminders about expiration are timely and clear.

I have the unlimited 30 GB. Never again!
I have the unlimited 30 GB. It’s supposed to give me full speed while these 30 GB are still going. I have chosen Ubigi specifically because it said it works with Maroc telecom and orange (the best 2 in Morocco) sadly. VERY bad connection from the first GB. After 15 days still bad! So I still have 25 GB but am going home. Waste of money! Never again!

Dear Hos,
We are sorry for the poor connection quality you experienced in Morocco despite having 25 GB of your high-speed allowance remaining. Being unable to receive proper speeds on our partner networks (Maroc Telecom or Orange) is deeply frustrating. In many destinations, including Morocco, we have multiple network partners available. Network switching instructions are available on our website, and our support team is always available to help troubleshoot your line settings or review your account.

DON'T BUY CHINA ESIM!!!!!!
I bought China esim card. It didn't work at all. I tried all FAQ, all configuration, restart phone, change network, change APN, ...etc. NOTHING WORKS. From what i read online, it might be China blocking it, which is fine, but then don't propose China esim if you can't deliver the service. AND on top of that their form don't work so cannot even contact them... make my trip a real nightmare.

Dear customer,
We're sorry to hear about your experience.
From what we can see, your refund has already been processed. Connectivity in China can sometimes be affected by local network conditions, government regulations, and regional restrictions, which may impact the availability or performance of international eSIM services despite the device being configured correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
I’ve never receive an answer for my consults by chat. I wasn’t able to use my data.

Dear customer,
We are sorry for the long connection delays you experienced upon arrival and that you had to purchase an alternative eSIM from another provider. We understand your disappointment after paying for a plan you were unable to use smoothly. In many destinations, we have multiple network partners available. Network switching instructions and refund request guidelines are available on our website, and our support team is always available to review your account and assist you with your purchase.

I was informed that my regional plan would cover the Solomon Islands but it did not do so. It showed I had bars but provided no data. It was useless to me

Dear customer,
We are sorry that your regional plan failed to provide data in the Solomon Islands despite displaying signal bars. Signal indicators without data flow typically point to an APN configuration error or a restriction on the local partner network. Coverage details and network troubleshooting guides are available on our website, and our support team is always available to help verify destination coverage and resolve your connection issues.
