As a previous customer, I have been very impressed with your line of Irish goods. My two hats proudly list the city of origin in Ireland. Your product line stresses Irish quality, manufacture, and heritage, no small factors. Thus, when I opened my recent purchase of a wallet, with the embossed Celtic logo, I was VERY disappointed to see it was "Made in China." (The addition of five Celtic Clothing business cards did help my sense of deception.) Given that China's history of poor labor conditions, I am further disappointed to see your partnership with whatever Chinese company signed on with you. Yes, I could return it. The sale price, given the discount, was average at best, so I'll keep it. But going forward, what I feel is more of a loss of confidence in your company. Disappointed for sure.

I wasn't sure what to expect
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am glad I gave Celtic Clothing a try. The sweater feels well made, the wool is softer than I anticipated, and it looks just like the photos. My only reason for giving 4 is that the fit was slightly different than I expected, and what was portrayed. so I'd recommend paying close attention to the size guide. I am happy with my purchase, though.

I purchased two hats. One size foot tall. The flapper hat is definitely snug. And I don't consider myself to have a big head. But still like both hats.

SUPER customer service
SUPER customer service. I ordered the wrong size - 100% on me. I called to see about a return. The owner (really!) answered the call, listened to me, said “no problem”, and then took the time to help me find the right size, and we made the exchange at his expense. Your size chart is inaccurate. Medium is supposed to equal 7 3/8, which is what I wear. Your medium is much undersize. I need to send it back for an exchange.

This is a quality product.
I am pleased with this hat: it fits well and is well made. Delivery only took a few days. I would note that I usually wear a large and had to order an extra large to get a good fit. I would also recommend to Celtic that they brighten the color palate slightly. The tweeds are attractive, but the hat would be a better three-season hat with lighter colors.
