Dear CFI Financial Group Compliance Team, I am a client of CFI Jordan (License No. 49631 – Jordan Securities Commission). Account number : 22029445 On October 24, 2025, I experienced a severe slippage issue on my US100 (NASDAQ) sell trade (#323062554). My stop loss was clearly set at 25237.90, but the position was closed at 25331.50, causing a loss of approximately $1,311. I have already filed a complaint with the Jordan Securities Commission and CFI Jordan, but they only offered a compensation of $38, which is far below the actual loss and does not reflect the extent of the execution error. I kindly request that the parent company reviews my case to ensure fairness and proper compliance with execution policies across the CFI Group. Attached are screenshots and details of the trade as proof. Thank you for your time and attention.
