We do have a few options that may help and yes, you can deposit checks right in the Charlie app. Mobile check: In the app tap Move Money → Cash a check, then take pictures of the front and back of the check. You can choose to get the money right away for a small fee, or wait ~10 days and it’s free. If you prefer not to use mobile deposit, you can also deposit cash at participating merchants (Visa ReadyLink locations such as Walgreens, Dollar Tree, etc.). Why you’re seeing limits ATM withdrawals are limited (for example, $1,000 per transaction and $1,000 per day for in-network ATMs). If you’re using an out-of-network ATM, fees also apply and count toward limits. There are also limits on transfers and other movement types (for example, PAI/ACH transfer daily limits around $3,000). In addition, deposits have monthly caps on total deposits. These safeguards help protect customers and comply with banking rules.
