My mother in law recently passed away, and I wanted to get something done for my partner. After receiving the first image I was disheartened and didnt want to continue with the portrait. But after speaking to them and telling them what I wanted changing, the portrait is amazing. I cant thank you enough for everything you done to make it perfect! Cant wait for my partner to see it
Apart from the the most wonderful & beautiful work of art we received, your communication & feedback to my queries was just fantastic. We will definitely be getting a few more pieces of art in the near future.

Awful company!! Ordered a portrait on the 7th Jan for a special birthday present. I have never received it as they never bothered to post it, luckily I paid by PayPal and raised a complaint with them directly, and I have now been advised I will be refunded in full. This company also set up a paypal subscription without my consent and knowledge. I certainly would never use them again and advise others to stay clear of them.
We’re very sorry to read your review and would like the opportunity to look into this for you. Charlie’s Drawings does not offer or operate any subscription services, and there is no option within our ordering process to create a PayPal subscription. It’s possible there may be some confusion with another company or transaction. We would genuinely like to investigate your order and resolve any issues if they relate to us. Please could you email us at [email protected] with your order details so our team can review the situation and assist you as quickly as possible. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and would be happy to help clarify and resolve this.
2 photos sent of separate people to then merge together. Quick and friendly communication, and I was blown away with the result. I can’t wait to receive it xxx
The drawing was incredible, the level of detail was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny!
We ordered black & white pencil drawings. The previews they have given of them are outstanding & well worth the price for the time & effort.
