I’m extremely disappointed with my experience working with Charlie’s Drawings. I created content for the business, supplied the agreed work, and despite months passing, I still have not been paid. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, leaving me with no meaningful communication or resolution. What has made this even more upsetting is that my content, including a photo of my late nan with my children, continues to be used on the website while payment remains outstanding. I never even agreed for their image to be used on their website As a content creator, I expect businesses to honour their agreements, communicate professionally, and pay creators for work that has been delivered. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope this review encourages the business to resolve the matter promptly and improve how it treats the people it works with.
Terrible brand to work with
Terrible brand to work with. Communication is appalling, they owe several content creators including myself money. Upon chasing payment numerous times they continuously lie saying funds were being transferred from an international account and that international transfers can take several business days to clear into a UK bank account. Let's be clear, payments are overdue by months, not days! I have also requested for the image of my family to be removed from numerous places on their website which we did not agree in the first place to be used. Based on my terrible experience with them, I would definitely not recommend.
Still no payment from Charlie's…
Still no payment from Charlie's drawings, despite the reassuring response that it was paid on the 12th June, despite the work being completed in April. Apparently it was pending transfer from an international account... That was 3 weeks ago. The payment is now months overdue.
Still no response on the UK trading…
Still no response on the UK trading address for me to take legal action. Still no payment, contacted my bank - absolutely no International payments pending within my bank and no funds have been processed to clear. Please provide me with the UK trading address as a matter of urgency so I can proceed down the legal route as your business partner, Greg Neil, yet again fails to respond.
Ordered a picture early April still not arrived
Ordered a picture early April. Got 2 images which were nothing like members of family…asked for order to be cancelled and requested refund. Told not possible. and now all emails are bouncing back…great, a loss of nearly £100…

What went from a super heartfelt and…
What went from a super heartfelt and beautiful moment has turned into well a car crash with a legal case! Being nearly 2 months overdue an invoice plus numerous promises and 10 days post a ‘final promise’ payment I’ve been super lenient but reading these reviews many creators have not been paid which is such a shame. Creators rely on this as it’s their job and income and I can’t feed my children and house them on dust! I really had great faith in Greg Neil but unfortunately that’s now tarnished - please don’t work with them and Greg stop promising people work I can see now it’s happened to many.
AVOID at all costs
I would strongly advise creators to exercise caution when working with this company. I completed the agreed work, invested significant time into creating content, filming, editing and promoting their brand, yet payment has still not been received despite repeated promises and assurances that it would be processed. Content creation is a profession and creators deserve to be paid for the work they deliver, just like any other service provider. It's extremely disappointing to spend hours creating content for a brand only to be left chasing payment for months afterwards. What makes this particularly frustrating is that Charlie's Drawings is a brand with a meaningful product and a strong family focused message. Unfortunately, experiences like this risk damaging the trust and reputation they have built. EDIT ** Unfortunately, as the payment was reportedly processed on 12 June, it would normally have reached my UK bank account by now. I regularly receive international payments and they typically arrive within 5 business days. When I asked for the transaction reference, or SWIFT/trace number I was ignored.

Amazing drawing I absolutely love it. You get to see to make sure everything is ok with it and any changes are done quickly . 10 out of 10 . This is the second drawing I've had done and I'm very happy would definitely recommend them

Communication great! Charlie helped me with every question i asked and was quick with responses, they kindly changed a few things on the first approval email as i wasn’t 100% happy and now have my second result which im in love with and couldn’t be happier with!
