BUYER BEWARE!!!! Low quality hair and shady merchant!!! I bought a wig and I didn’t like it, so I requested a return. It’s been two days of no response from them. I called them several times but they’re not answering calls either, and they did not try to reach out after getting my emails and voicemail messages.
UPDATE: They finally responded after I stalked their post on IG! And it took two weeks of back and forth to get them to send the return address, I also had to agree to pay shipping cost. The wig was successfully delivered to them on June 27th, today is July 5th and they have not responded to my email nor confirmed receipt of the wig, and no refund was processed yet. I waited too long for Paypal dispute, so I just filed dispute with my bank to get my refund!!!
Don't buy from charmanty hair,unless you want to waste your money, dishonest vendor, the hair is FAKE, they sent sent me FAKE HAIR & I WROTE then about it, they keep insisting the hair is human hair. Ridicolous
Sooo i love this hair! I got 4 bundles of the deep wave curly hair and i have gotten so many compliments. It’s so soft and i can tell it’s going to last me a while and they are also great communicators with a quick delivery! I would def get this hair again!
Honestly the best curly wig I’ve had by far! This wig is easy to maintain, doesn’t shed or tangle, shinny, true to length, lace melts into skin, I can go on and on but I’ve done a lot of curly wigs and this wig definitely surpasses the others definitely exceeded my expectations I got 30 in and it was every big of 30 prob a bit longer because when dry it’s still giving 30 in don’t hesitate to buy wig if your thinking about it
Received a 613 22inch 13x4 Lace Frontal Wig and the parting space was true to description, full ear to ear 13x4 Lace. The Hair was very silky and soft and easy to color.
Absolutely love this wig. I got a 28in 13x4, and the hair is beautiful. It doesn't tangle nor shed, it's super soft and very easy to straighten or curl. The lace was also good quality ! Really love this hair company.

The hair is legit, The bundles I received has been holding up great. Minimal shedding and it holds a curl really well. I also dyed my bundles black and the texture didn’t change.
