Wow what a SCAM! Knitted clothing, I dont think so, it is a polyester top with a print on it. I have tried to return something, on the website it says without contacting customer service first you cannot refund. I used the link on the website to request a returns label. The response was 'this is not our website!!!!

Another scam website, no package no product no nothing. No answer to emails nothing. Selling those cool Japanese Cat sweaters, thought I could get my girl one noticed all the sizes were men order one anyway. Now I realize they aren't even real and if they do send some garbage it might be some oversized random Jamaican crap nobody asked for.

I made a purchased on 07/02/2024 and…
I made a purchased on 07/02/2024 and was told the order was being processed. On 07/17/2024 I contacted Charmfay and they told me the orders were still being processed. I contacted them again on 08/13/2024 after not receiving my order. They notified me that my package was delivered on 07/20/2024 at 3:55pm. I told them that I was home all day and no package was delivered to the house or the mailbox on that day. They told me that according to the tracking number it was delivered to the address on 07/20/2024. I then contacted the tracking company that they said to contact which is 17TRACK and they confirmed it was delivered and they are just a tracking company who has nothing to do with the shipment.i then contacted USPS who they say delivered the package and they didn’t recognize the tracking number from 17TRACK .They have no picture of the delivery or where the package was placed on the property. I fell scammed. I should have bought only one item to test their honesty. They never gave me a timeframe when the package would have been delivered . Somewhere in the shipping process the package became missing or was never mailed.

Poor quality cheap synthetic products which looked nothing like the advertisement . I had to throw the garments away as they looked so terrible . Complete waste of money , don’t by from this firm .
Misleading sizing, poor quality and expensive for what they are.
Despite the fact that the products look good when I eventually received the shorts I found that the sizing was completely inaccurate and the quality was shockingly poor. The "Reggae Lion Art Print Vintage Cargo" were shown as 37.8" waist (M) where as they are approx 32.5". The material was thin cotton and not what you expect for cargo shorts. When I queried the above they took their time to reply and told me I had to return the product to China and they would consider my claim. Dont waste your time and money buying from these people. Such a shame as the designs are great
