Very shady
When trying to book a flight I was blocked by a request for "further information", which means, apparently, that CFG wants more money. After being switched around and put on hold for a half hour, I was told that I could confirm the flight for an extra $300 - absolute nonsense. I will never book through you again and will be sure to warn my friends.

I booked a flight and it gave me false information
I booked a flight and it gave me the option for window middle or aisle and I chose aisle but when I went to confirm my reservation the non American so called "supervisor" would not help me or let me talk to anyone higher up because he was apparently the highest you could go even though as an American I could hardly understand him! This is completely unacceptable, it was the first time I attempted to use this site and will NEVER use it again or recommend it to anyone I know! Terrible Terrible Terrible service!
