I'm having the exact same problem that another reviewer, Pete, had. Three months ago I started getting late payment notices even though I paid. Then my service was suspended. I wrote them and they fixed it manually. This month the same thing happened. I emailed them repeatedly and opened several tickets, but no one has gotten back to me at all. I have torrents that need seeding but my service is suspended and there's nothing I can do. Seems like they just took everyone's money this month and abandoned their business. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and they've only been bad for the past 3 months, but now they are horrendous. Worst customer service ever. Don't even bother with them. Look elsewhere.
For the past 3 months (June - August 2023) the site has had unresolved issues with payments made via PayPal. Resulting in their system automatically sending out ‘Unpaid Invoice Reminder’ emails.
For the first 2 months they were responding to support tickets when I sent proof of payment, and they were manually applying payment to accounts where automatic payment registration had failed.
However, this last month I sent notification of payment, again, but have not received any reply. This has gone on for a few weeks with no response from administrators or support personnel (likely the same person), resulting in their system cancelling my subscription!
This is unacceptable, and just terrible service. I have cancelled my account altogether and found another service offering better value for money. I recommend anyone reading this review do exactly that, go back to Google and find ANY other Seedbox service. You will have a better experience, without a doubt.
After a year of cancelled service (I have no option to close my account) I am still being charged per month. Several messages and tickets have been opened and they don't reply to a single one (and typically close my tickets without response). Totally disgraceful. My account even shows credit!!!
Well, I am blown away with their download speeds. Cheapseedboxes have cheerful plans and includes all the best plugins already installed. It was a breezing experience working with cheap seedboxes.
Great investment, instead of paying more for hard-drives or electricity, everything's on the cloud, plans are priced accordingly, helps with storing all the media, and sync changes pretty fast.

I believe that cheapseedbox is actually the "cheapest" seedbox deal in the digital market. I prefer cheapseedbox over OTTs. Firstly, they are affordable and secondly the technical assistance they provide is par excellence! I love the services and would recommend anyone to go for them!!!!!
I had a slight issue after a few months post my purchase of Seedbox from cheapseedboxes. But after a contacting the tech support, all of them were very friendly and professional, my Seedbox was up and running smooth. I'm very appreciative of the efforts of the Cheapseedboxes Team & 5 Stars well earned!
I came across this seedbox about half a year ago and with very economical plans available, I subscribed instantly. My experience has been good with Cheap seedbox. They have given promised speed and space. They also have multiple apps that can be integrated easily.
So overall it was a good purchase and I would recommend Cheap Seedbox if you are looking for a good seedbox in the budget.
Great Buy. I have been engaged with different seedboxes on and off. This technology has come very far and I prefer using seedboxes over OTT. Cheapseedboxes have been one of the affordable and good performing one. I also liked Evoseedbox.
Great service. Used them for past six month. I have used other seedboxes too but this one offers so much more value than others. I once faced glitch with the speed but it got resolved in 3-4 hours and never after that.
Used their service for over 3 years. They sent a message to say they were updating and ever since then, my service stopped working. Been weeks and I’m still getting charged. Won’t issue refund or return my message. The site is still live and accepting new users.
Had service with them for over a year, openvpn constantly went down, could not get sonaar or lidaar to download anything. Support literally takes a month or more to respond to support tickets and rarely even try to fix the problem when they do. They moved me to a new virtual machine 3 times and each time it got worse, not better.
Seems like a scam, they provide automated services and when they go down they could care less. They just want your money, the don't do customer support

I've been waiting for my money for two weeks now. I wrote a lot of letters, none of them reply. They've blocked me now, I can't log in! No money, no server, no answer.
went through thier order process before signing in and it took me through the paypal process, only there is no record of that on paypal! no paypal order, no service email, no charge.
so i contacted thier live support, they had me sign in etc and then when i asked them about it i got no response i waited 20 minutes for chat to respond..... nothing.
so far no money has been taken from me and im watching this like a hawk , i could be wrong it could all be a mix up but the sudden silence from the live support leads me to believe that indeed they are not to be trusted (as is the lack of reviews here!)
