Well usually U can rely on ozsmoke to be super fast with postage whether you pay for express or not as being discreet is what they are about, but nearly two weeks for glassware seems too long for me.
And I was one short of my order, which again is so weird because they are usually all over all this kind of shit.
I'm hoping when I contact them about what's missing they go above and beyond because, I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere at this point

I bought 1kg of tobacco from them which was sent in a cat food bag? It smelled of cat food and went mouldy before I finished 100g.
They told me I didn’t store it correctly (I left it in the packaging it was sent in) retrospectively telling me I should have kept it in the refrigerator. Refused partial refund or replacement just told to pound sand

I placed an order 9th of Oct, did the bank transfer, emailed the reciept And then nothing, order is showing as still pending and no responses to my emails. Has to be scammers
