Bad product, worse service
I bought 1kg of tobacco from them which was sent in a cat food bag? It smelled of cat food and went mouldy before I finished 100g. They told me I didn’t store it correctly (I left it in the packaging it was sent in) retrospectively telling me I should have kept it in the refrigerator. Refused partial refund or replacement just told to pound sand
