Great experience
Ordered new solid oak handrails from House of Forgings. The price was great. They were here within a few days and at 1/3 the shipping cost of other suppliers!

What people say
Cheryl was fantastic
Cheryl was fantastic! We had a very large order 399 balusters! She made it simple to order due to our selection of balusters we are using 3 different balusters! Shipping was extremely fast, ordered in Monday and received them on Thursday! Cheryl made sure before we ordered all 3 balusters were in stock! We love the fact they came from Texas. We highly recommend Cheap Stairs! We give them a 10 star review!!

I use Cheapstairparts.com because they reliably deliver the good in 4 days or less
I use Cheapstairparts.com because they have the most common stair parts that I use, they have the resources to have custom made parts that I sometimes need and they seem to always deliver the parts they have in stock in 4 or less days. My local supplier needs at least 7 days to receive my parts and then I have to drive 40 miles round trip to pick them up. Thanks for what you do Cheapstairpart.com.

I had a great experience with…
I had a great experience with cheapstairparts.com Ordering was simple, and I needed the product 2nd day, which is never inexpensive. I was supposed to receive it on a Wednesday, but it was delivered to my house on the Sunday before in perfect condition. Cheapstairparts saved my timeline and won a future customer.
Good Quality Products
I love the quality of the balusters and the flat shoes. The shoes with the slanted tops did not sit flat when tightening the set screws so we had to glue them all instead. The instructions on the website were very helpful. The stairway came out beautiful.

The product was shipped fast, everything came as advertised, prices are fair, and when there was a problem - we had some damage in shipping, they took care of it and shipped out a replacement as soon as I notified them and provided pictures of the damage
Great Experience with CheapStairzParts.com
I had a great experience with this company. Christiana was so helpful in helping me decide which parts I needed for my stair railing. She went out her way to even send example pictures so that I could have a visual of what the final product would look like. She was very patient and covered all the parts I needed with great detail. My finished stairwell railing looks great!
