Fantastic service!
Could not believe how quickly our order was filled and we were astounded that it arrived in less than a week. Our contractor recommended them and we are pleased to give them a resounding recommendation.

So Blessed
Good morning, 9/24/2022 You guys are great when it comes to service! I was especially impressed by the sales lady’s efficiency and knowledge of the products. Even when she accidentally overcharged me (I thought I was scammed) but at 8:05am on the next business day, she called me back and assured me that I would be reimbursed and the order would proceed. That honesty goes a long way with me! I have recommended your company to at least ten other people and it’s a ‘breath of fresh air’ to do business with people of integrity! God bless you all and may He direct your business in every way. A happy customer, James
treads are built well
The construction of the treads was very good. I ordered White oak and there were a few pieces of Red oak mixed in with the white oak. Normally that isnt a problem but this customer is just doing a clear finish and once the finish is on it will stick out like a sore thumb.

The products I ordered were consistently, qualitatively, and dimensionally accurate and very affordable.
Excellent service
Excellent service, excellent product, love the hand forged balusters!
We tried other post caps
We tried other post caps, but they didn't fit right. This was the perfect size with rounded corners instead of sharp corners

Excellent service and quick shipment received
Really nice and square post, but:s
Really nice and square posts. They are oak veneer around multiple oak interior slats. This makes them less likely to bow and twist, but very hard to add routered details. I had to use my table saw to add a reveal detail since using my router completely tore up the veneer. Would have been nice to know that prior to trying my router.
Such an easy way to update my 80's…
Such an easy way to update my 80's stairs. My son ordered from this company and was well satisfied, so I ordered as well. Newel posts, iron balusters and handrails. SO MUCH cheaper than I could find locally even at big box stores and supply was limited there. Everything arrived within a great timeframe and upon inspection, nothing wrong with any item. My only recommendation is this: mine arrived by Fed Express and they only do curbside delivery of these items. I knew I needed to be home to take delivery, I didn't know they wouldn't be unloaded into my garage OR right at my house in the driveway. So plan ahead for this. I believe this is Fed Express policy NOT Cheap Stair Parts. Also, I should have gotten the handrails locally. I didn't realize that I would be charged extra due to their size...I bought 2 that were 12' each. So you will actually save money by buying anything that needs a size surcharge locally. I'm truly not sure if that size surcharge was from Cheap Stair parts on their behalf or was due to the shipping with Fed Ex.

Stair upgrade!
The items I ordered through Cheap Stair Parts arrived on time, was accurate and their pricing was great. Their ordering process was top notch as well! My stairs look amazing! I will definitely use you again for any further stair projects! Thank you!!
Worth it, and beautiful
All of our stair parts (square balusters with knuckles and corresponding bottom fittings) arrived quickly and are beautiful. Very sturdy and a much better price point then what’s available at home improvement stores.

My experience with Cheap Stair Parts was great! I received my merchandise as described and on time. I will be ordering again very soon!
Great Supplier!
Everything was precisely as ordered, and the shipping cost was exceptionally reasonable. My only criticism is that dealing with FedEx freight delivery was a bit of chore.
