Great value and service
Great value especially without being forced to pay for seats, which piles up with connecting flights. The follow up call may come as a surprise as a first-time user, but the agent was clear, polite and efficient. My agent was Hazel and she also get a 5 star!

Used CheapTickets for the first time
Used CheapTickets for the first time. Saved about 10% vs buying direct. Had a delay in getting the tickets and Lea was great in getting the situation handled easily and quickly within one call. Will use them again in the future.

Great company with excellent customer service and communication. Alan was extra helpful in contacting my airline when my flight got cancelled and rebooked me quickly and efficiently. The airline also made a mistake when rebooking and he handled it for me. Overall very pleased with my experience and will definitely use them for future bookings.
