SCAMMER!!! STAY AWAY!!
STAY AWAY!!! THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!! Purchased tickets as normal, 3 days before the flight they call me and say my seats have been taken by the airlines... and that I have to travel to a different airport which is 300 miles from me if I don't want to lose this flight. Otherwise it's a full refund! No consideration about all the commitment I have made. PS. All of their reviews that are 5 star are FAKE... have a read and you will see they are all the same just worded differently. CLEAR SCAMMERS

The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. The only problem was they offered to purchase seats at the time of booking and after issuance of e-tickets refused to honor the seat reservations and asked me to book the seats directly with the airline. Kevin was helpful on providing a prompt refund for the seat reservations. The deal value was truly cheaper than the cheapest tickets on the airline website and worked out for my family for a last-minute booking.

Allan and Hazel were amazing. At first I was suspicious because they kept calling and checking upon me. Personal Service isn't common anymore. They were there every step of the way.
