They advertise 3 to 5 business days but I know several people that it's taking over a month to do thier back round check so we are all waiting to get to work but checkr is not doing what they said

Dear Checkr, F U why is it that what most companies put out now is nothing but garbage it seems to be no one anywhere has pride in what they produce. Oh and God forbid you make a mistake in your past your canceled everywhere. It’s all about the paycheck and who cares about the product or the customer. Eventually the customer won’t participate in anything anywhere because you can’t trust anyone or anything out there. Now for that so call piece of garbage of a “company” called Checkr I drive part time for extra money just trying to survive like 70% of ppl in the world I’m blind sided by them doing a background check on me but okay I don’t have anything bad in my background at all former Marine Corps Iraq war veteran struggling like everyone else so I’m like ok cool. Now why did this company say I didn’t have insurance for my car but every other company I drive for says I’m good to Go! Seem like someone isn’t doing their job. Okay so I look and see I can dispute it it’s a whole cluster F of more garbage with Ai bots and no real answers on how to submit your information to clear up the problem. I submitted all the information they needed so they can clear up the problems and resolve the issue. I kept getting redirected to the candidate portal where nothing can be resolved just submit you statement here and… nothing. I’m starting to believe that if you don’t fit what a company wants they will figure out ways to give you the run around so you give up. More people should be upset about what going out there. Good luck to everyone struggling with this company and to those giving great reviews for whatever your reasons shame on you have some morals and standards. very good company 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟its no secret trustpilot has been doing shady stuff for years.. every business owner and reviewer knows it.. almost nobody actually trusts them or depends on them at this point. the only reason they are still in business is because google keeps ranking them stupidly high. if google wasnt propping them up, i genuinely dont think anyone would still use them.. Heres the thing, when someone googles your brand, trustpilot has a very real chance of showing up naturally. so as a business owner it makes total sense to want a good presence there. and that's exactly how they keep getting people onto their platform despite everything.

Truly the most horrible company to deal with... They earn 0-stars if possible. After my earlier review here on Trustpilot, Checkr support was quick to contact me and asked me to submit the document that I had been trying to provide them for 2 weeks. So I submitted the document, in the hope on further progress. Alas, after the initial reaction of Checkr support, I was ghosted again. I tried to contact Checkr support again via forms and telephone, but only get frustratingly stupid AI responses and voice assistants. There does not seem to be a way to get into contact with a person who can actually solve the issues on their end. @Checkr support: since you are more responsive on this forum than your own support channel: please get your process unstuck and provide a status update. Thank you.

I noticed how the company is able to get people into their business without any hassle, I take pride in a company that is focused on building relationships with customers and employees. Y'all seem to be very professional and also thorough. Nobody is perfect but if you take your time and research the individual you can find the truth as opposed to just believing all the lies that are out there. Because it's to important to us when our job is on the line for y'all to just print the first thing you find. In the past I have been slandered by other sites which shall remain nameless but they didn't even get my name right. That's when I noticed the difference and tried several other sites to get the same inaccurate reports. So it's been refreshing to see y'all are a cut above the rest.
